Pressure Groups

Pressure groups are campaign groups with a single goal. Unlike political parties,​ they don’t look to gain political power – they want to influence policy-making.​ Their primary aim is to gain supporters.

This topic will look at the different types of pressure groups, the methods they use, their success, and some case studies to exemplify this.
